FA-830單向型展刀頭
帶配重平衡滑塊的單滑塊展刀，進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)是以齒條與齒輪的傳動方式，進(jìn)給速度穩(wěn)定，便于進(jìn)給速度與行程的調(diào)整。
The feeding mechanism of single slide broaching tool with counterweight balance slide block is rack and geartransmission mode, which is stable in feeding speed and convenient for adjusting feeding speed and stroke.
滑動面均經(jīng)過硬化以及精密研磨，剛性與耐久性佳。
The sliding surfaces are hardened and precision ground, and have excellent rigidity and durability.
可與行控型回轉(zhuǎn)油壓缸搭配使用或搭配伺服馬達(dá)以及滾珠絲杠機(jī)構(gòu)做精密展刀加工，用于復(fù)雜輪廓、數(shù)控插補(bǔ)運(yùn)動、車內(nèi)外端面、內(nèi)外溝槽、內(nèi)外螺紋、直線鏜孔、多臺階復(fù)合鏜孔、倒角、錐度等。
