AMY系列樹脂結合劑拋光工具自動生產(chǎn)線是我所針對以樹脂結合劑為主的石材拋光工具和陶瓷拋光工具開發(fā)的一款半自動成型設備。該設備主要可用于彈性模塊、軟磨片、拋晶片、樹脂模塊等工具的生產(chǎn)，可以實現(xiàn)自動進出壓機、自動壓制、成型、自動卸模等功能，可以實現(xiàn)一人多機操作，有效地減少了工人的勞動強度，提高了產(chǎn)品質量。

Introduction

AMY series automatic production line for resin binder polishing tools is semi-automatic molding equipment developed by ZZSM for resin bonded tools widely used in stone and ceramics. The equipment is mainly used in the production of lappatos, flexible polishing pads, chip polishing pads, Firkerts and other tools. It transfers the prepared materials in molds to the press mains, presses them in shape, and unloads molds in an automatic fashion. It requires one operator for material and product handling and operations of several press mains, with features of less labor intensity and more productivity.
